We've closed off all face-to-face payments, which has allowed us to start games on time and know exactly if a game is fully paid. Now, 90% of all payments are made through debit, with teams manually paying for games online during the day, prior to playing. This allows staff to supervise the sports correctly, answer enquires, without having to chase up manual payments or keeping a manual copy of missed payments."
