Our leadership team at Motio brings together a vast range of experience, passion, insight and dedication. Led by CEO Adam Cadwallader, the Motio team has been built around some of the best people in the wider media and advertising industry.
Board Members
Adam has been in the media industry for over 25 years with the last 19 years spent in the Out of Home media sector where most recently he was Group Sales Strategy Director for ASX 200 listed oOh!media Limited, Australia’s largest Out of Home company.
Jason has 25 years experience building technology businesses in a wide variety of industries – legal, procurement and logistics, e-commerce, offshore development, and bookmaking.
Harley Grosser is the Founder of Capital H Management, a Sydney based specialist small cap funds management company, and the manager of the Capital H Inception Fund. Mr Grosser also has experience working at firms such as Bligh Capital and Pie Funds Management.
